Margot Shane
Margot Shane is the Founder of SkillCraft Bermuda and brings eight years of experience in human services and education. Her background includes roles as Life Coach and Office Manager at The Mirrors Programme, Facilitator at the Youth Entrepreneurship Initiative, and teaching 9th grade English at High Tech High in California. She holds a Master’s degree in Teaching and Learning and is passionate about empowering young people through skills development and experiential learning.

Emilie Faulkner- Meek
Emilie Faulkner- Meek is a strategic consultant specializing in communications, marketing, and strategy development for small to medium organizations. She is the founder of Rise Marketing and co-founder of SkillCraft Bermuda, bringing expertise in strategic planning and building new initiatives. Known for her positive, action-oriented approach, Emilie is dedicated to delivering high-quality results and supporting SkillCraft’s mission.

Stacy Lee Williams
Stacey-Lee Williams is the Executive Director of Citizens Uprooting Racism in Bermuda (CURB), where she leads restorative justice initiatives and facilitates Truth & Reconciliation Community Conversations. Stacey-Lee brings over 20 years of experience in education and leadership. She holds a BBA and a Master’s in Educational Psychology, and is a certified practitioner and trainer in Restorative Practices. Stacey-Lee joined the Skillcraft Board two years ago and has provided valuable expertise and guidance as an Equity Consultant.

Jeffrey Bennett
Jeff Bennett is a Chartered Accountant with a passion for using his financial expertise to support community initiatives. He has held senior finance roles in Bermuda and Australia, working with both global corporations and boutique firms. Currently serving as Senior Finance Manager at Details Management Ltd., Jeff brings a strong background in financial stewardship, team leadership, and process improvement. As Treasurer, he is committed to ensuring the charity’s resources are managed responsibly so Skillcraft can focus on achieving its goals.

Mi Hong Yoon
Mi Hong Yoon joined the SkillCraft Board in January 2025 and serves as Managing Director of Golar Management (Bermuda) Limited. She brings extensive legal, regulatory, and compliance expertise from her previous role as Chief Legal, Regulatory and Compliance Officer at Digicel Bermuda. A law graduate of the University of New South Wales with a Master’s in International Economic Law from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Ms. Yoon also serves as Director and Company Secretary for several publicly listed companies, including Golar LNG Ltd, Borr Drilling Limited, and Himalaya Shipping Ltd., and oversees SkillCraft’s corporate governance and compliance.

Kareem James
Mr. Kareem James is a banker with over 15 years of experience in banking and insurance, where he has specialized in managing and growing relationships with commercial and high-net-worth clients. He brings strong expertise in financial services, client management, and strategic growth to the SkillCraft Board.

Karlandra Smith
Karlandra Smith joined the SkillCraft Board in January 2025 and currently serves as Public Relations & Activations Manager at the Bermuda Tourism Authority. With prior experience at Bermuda College and Digicel Bermuda, she has a strong track record in digital marketing, brand communications, and community engagement. Karlandra is also a digital content creator supporting local brands and a committee member for Nova Mas International. She brings creativity, innovation, and expertise in campaign development and event management to SkillCraft.on goes here
