What is SkillCraft?
The SkillCraft Youth Internship provides young Bermudians with impactful work experience and experiential training in a core business skill, to help them explore, prepare for and ultimately experience softer landings in their lives after high-school.

Gain hands on work experience in a local business or charity while getting professional skills training in social media management for business during the 6 week internship.

15 Local Businesses & Charities
Join the internship as hosts and mentors to one youth Intern. The Intern helps the business with their social media and the business exposes them to a new industry and different career possibilities while mentoring the individual.

6 Weeks Summer Internship
During the 6 weeks. youth interns experience 3 days a week of marketing learning sessions and professional development activities as well as 2 days of work at their respective host businesses or charities.

Our Mission is to create programmes that provide young Bermudians new pathways to fulfilling careers by combining experiential work experience and professional training.
Experiential learning has been shown to be an effective and engaging way of exposing young people to the knowledge and skills they will need to thrive in the world of work. Our current program offers professional social media marketing training to help young persons explore new careers, prepare for and create work opportunities and ultimately experience softer landings in their lives beyond secondary education.
